This website is operated by Desai Foods, Japan (Desai’s), an authentic Maharashtrian restaurant in Tokyo. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through desaifoods.com, online orders, enquiries and related services.
We use personal information to accept and fulfil orders; confirm delivery addresses, pickup times and service windows; process payments, refunds and fraud checks; respond to enquiries; provide customer support; maintain customer accounts; send transactional messages; keep accounting and legally required records; protect the website; diagnose problems; and understand and improve our services.
We disclose information only as reasonably necessary to operate the service. Recipients may include Stripe for payment processing and fraud prevention; WordPress/WooCommerce, hosting, email and technical service providers; Google analytics and measurement services where enabled; personnel involved in preparing, confirming or delivering an order; professional advisers; and public authorities when disclosure is legally required. Card payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe may receive contact, billing, delivery, device and transaction information and processes it under its own Privacy Policy. Desai’s does not receive or retain your complete card number or card security code.

Measurement technologies provided through Google Site Kit may collect information about how visitors use the website. Google handles that information under the Google Privacy Policy.
